We want you to love your purchase from NUDA! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

To ensure a smooth return experience, please review the following guidelines:

Purchases:

• Eligible Items: Only unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

• Ineligible Items: Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn items or items without original tags. This includes items with any visible signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odors.

• Return Process: Please note that returns are accepted at the owner's discretion. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website or email with your order information and reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

• Refund Policy: All approved returns will be issued store credit in the original amount paid, excluding any original shipping costs. Please note that cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Once an item is purchased and the buyer accepts the funds, the sale is final and the item cannot be returned.

Consignments:

• Listing Duration: All consigned items must be listed for a minimum of 90 days or until sold.

• Early Removal: Items can be pulled earlier with written request via email and approval from ownership. Please allow up to 3 business days for the item to be removed from our website and returned to you.

We kindly ask that you try on all clothing over undergarments to prevent any hygiene concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
